customers can contact us and talk directly to us. The phone line will be open to calls between

5th April 2010 - We have slightly changed the way we process withdrawals. As withdrawals
will be handled on Mondays and we will only send you a confirmation email if this is your first
withdrawal or you have changed your withdrawal method. If you haven't changed your
withdrawal method or you have already requested payout before, your withdrawal will be
processed without the need to reply to our confirmation email. This will make the withdrawal
process much faster and more effective.
